ISO 22000:2005 is Food Safety Management System (FSMS). This is new version for food safety throughout the world. ISO 22000 identifies issues which is creates obligation danger in food safety and stipulates these obligations. ISO 22000 covers food management and Hazard control. Standard has been developed in food organization, World Health Organization and Codex Commission. It forms Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system compatible with GMP (Good Manufacturer Practice).
